My personal fitness journey began more than 40 years ago. On the job training have given me a clear understanding at what exercise should Look and FEEL like on many levels. After all, I’m acquainted with how the body feels at 20, 30, 40, and over 50 years young! Fit at Any Age is my way of sharing knowledge with those looking for the most effective and safe way to manage age through functional exercise and nutrition. Fit At Any Age provides a comprehensive exercise guide for people forty and over with explaining exercises that help strengthen muscles, increase core stabilization, enhance cardio health, and flexibility. The book takes readers through how protein, carbohydrates, and fat work in the body by using basic nutrition guidelines to help create simple meal plans, while also providing tasty recipes along with vitamins and herb recommendations for age management health.

Lee Haney is the eight-time winner of the world's most prestige's professional bodybuilding title, Mr. Olympia. Married to his second-grade sweetheart, Shirley, they have two adult children, Joshua and Olympia, daughter in-law, Jennifer, and a granddaughter, Reagan. Lee is an author and entrepreneur. His passion for fitness has allowed him to lecture in more than 30 countries. He has an extensive, yet impressive list of awards and recognitions – awarded by the United States Sports Academy, the International Federation of Bodybuilding, Bellsouth and Coca Cola (Atlanta) Centennial Award for his work associated with Haney's Harvest House, his mentoring program for boy's, and the prestigious position as Chair of the President's Council on Physical Fitness (during the Clinton Administration). He received a Lifetime Achievement award from former Governor Arnold Schwarzenegger for his contributions to society as a whole. Lee was recently inducted into the International Sports Hall of Fame, an honor given to only a select few. Lee maintains, "Out of all that I've achieved, there's nothing more rewarding than using my gift of fitness to impact the lives of others.
